Our classes are carefully structured to help you progress, learn new skills, and build strength and fitness — all while keeping training exciting and fresh. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to work on.

You’ll train in our well-equipped facility, using a huge range of equipment, and every session is fully coached by our qualified and experienced CrossFit coaches. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, we’ll help you get better every day.

Try as many classes as you like. No pressure, no hard sell — just see how it feels. (Spoiler: you’ll realise you can absolutely do this.)
